CHP

CHP (Chelmer Housing Partnership) are a locally managed and governed housing association, registered as a Community Benefit Society based in Chelmsford, Essex. Established in 2002 to deliver social purpose housing needs by providing homes for rent and sale. CHP manage 10,000 homes and provide services for over 20,000 customers. Maven have been working with CHP since March 2020. CHP were keen to keep their existing logo whilst developing a new visual style for the organisation. Maven developed the leaf motif and created three different looks. Tiled leaf, big leaf and a selection of doodles which are all based around the idea of home.
