ENS is a recruitment company specialising in health and social care. As ENS developed they branched into other areas of recruitment and also provide social care and training for carers. Over time their brand had become dated and no longer worked across the wide needs of the business. Maven were brought on board to create a new brand look to tie together multiple departments under a single identity with variations for different business activities. The result is an expression of ENS’s culture, in a highly compliance regulated industry, to go ‘beyond standards’ in everything they do. Maven created the new ENS brand concept, brand visuals and has designed numerous items both print and digital.
